● To assist Logistic Manager in collecting POs from Purchasing Team and follow up shipment’s schedules. ● To assist Logistic Manager in follow up with suppliers to obtain the shipment schedules and collect the shipping documents punctually. ● Prepare shipping documents and Letter for Logistic Manager to check before submitting to authorized ministries. ● To assist in preparing and buying insurance for specific shipment when notified by BUs. ● Monitor the released permit and shipping documents then pass them to respective shipping agent for further clearance process. ● To monitor closely the expenses charged by shipping agents and compare the claims with quotations submitted. ● To monitor closely and maintain good communication with shipping agents to smooth and fasten the clearance processes with as little cost as possible; report to Supply Chain Manager / Logistic Manager immediately if any abnormal cases arise. ● Always pass the Packing List to Inbound Team; Packing List and Invoice to Inventory Controller and inform them as early as possible the expected arrival of the goods to warehouse. ● To assist Logistic Manager to update and maintain the filing of shipping and clearance documents in appropriate folders as stated in the SOPs. ● Enter logistic expense into D365 system (Expense Management) punctually upon got approval expense from Logistic Manager / Supply Chain Manager. ● To assist in preparing clearance expenses report monthly and annually. ● To comply the company rule & regulation. ● To Participate with Quality of Work Environment Program through KAIZEN & 5S; and ● To perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
