Responsibility • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates. • Provide training and development to staff. • Manage inventory and stock levels. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints. • Monitor and analyze sales data. • Ensure a clean and safe store environment. • Coordinate with the Store Manager on promotional activities. • Prepare and submit reports to the Store Manager. • Maintain strong product knowledge. • Ensure good customer service at all times. Requirement • Have experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role. • Strong leadership and team management. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Can use MS Office and retail management software. • High school diploma or bachelor degree. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
