Job Descriptions [Payroll] • To manage as the key account manager for new and existing payroll clients • To promote loan products such as Personal loan, and salary advance loan to payroll client’s employee • Collecting supporting documents, prepare payroll agreement to open payroll business account • To support outside visit payroll clients for requesting to open payroll coolcash account and payoll card for their employee • Planning, organizing leading and controlling payroll account opening for new employee and change new account/card with payroll clients • Inform in advance to Sale Agent team for fund arrangement to support cash out during payday (agents nearby) [B2B]: • To make a good business relationship with existing and new partners, also their management professionally • To identify the business opportunity, which business case can be developed effectively with well supports and long-term partnership. • To kick-off meeting with all stakeholders to make sure the project to engage with all parties with well understanding and monitor the project implementation until the project is ended successfully and effectively. • To facilitate the launching event with partners to ensure that the partnership service and branding image are exposed well and successfully • To study market demand and catch up a business opportunity and proceed well to management with a well-prepared know-how and cost & benefit analysis. • To work with product and project manager (related departments), IT, system vendors and others • Daily/weekly/monthly report to line manager
