KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanner - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests - Setting up computer accounts for new users - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary - Assist in research about the new technology of Software and Hardware - Assist in training general knowledge of company staff - To perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS - BA in Information Technology or computer science - Essential 1 year of experience working with the related areas, - Good command of English communication in both written and spoken - Good knowledge of Server, Firewall and networking, directives, and governing policies - Good teamwork skills, strong quantitative and analytical skills - Well in Linux, Windows Server, and Network.
