JOB DESCRIPTION: - Create an HR strategy and build a culture that aligns with the company’s objectives - Lead and facilitate the recruitment and staffing process in accordance with the company’s guidelines, best practices, and budgetary guidelines. - Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding system throughout the entire employee life cycle. - Create strategies that enhance talent management and development such as training and development, talent acquisition, performance management, talent retention, motivation and engagement career progression, succession, and industrial relations. - Create and improve the company’s compensation systems to attract and retain motivation and talent. - Oversee administrative systems such as employment contracts, payroll processing, and outplacement resources for the separated employees. - Develop, review, and analyze regularly the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services. - Create guidelines and monitor them in order to improve the company’s property management. - Control workplace administration to ensure safety, security, and tidiness at the workplace for both properties and people inside the premises, both from outside and inside. - Make good connections and relations with all relevant stakeholders in the company’s workplace. - Monitor and provide guidance relevant to the improvement of the company’s documentation. - Promote and improve workplace hygiene being the good image of the company and the health of people at the company’s workplace. - Monitor and guide for the improvement of administrative tasks such as company’s transportation, housekeeping & stationery, and staff uniform. - Other tasks as assigned from time to time by superiors JOB REQUIREMENTS: - At least finishing BA in Management or other relevant fields. - At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources Management. - Good at communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional English (reading, writing, listening & speaking). - Knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoints - Ability to complete tasks within a tough deadline - Knowledge of the working plan - Calm, flexible, Enthusiastic, Hight accountable, and ethical - Able to work as a cross-functional at good collaboration with other functions,
