KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry register and updating record in the master list.
- Coordination with staff supporting document for payroll.
- Maintaining employees’ personal file both hard and soft copy.
- Prepare purchase request for admin expend.
- Assis manager prepare admin letter.
- Prepare staff ID card.
- The schedule arrangement for interview.
- Others tasks assigned by HR Manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in Business Administration or similar.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of Khmer and English both verbal and writing.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, team player.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
