I. Facilitate Overall Operation of HR: • Develop and implement strategies to support and further the growth of all business streams • Check daily operation of the general empirical work with the sustainability and smoothness • Lead, assign, and guide work as well as dealing with all of issues, tasks, and obligation of the HR Office with positive-oriented results • Plan timeline and put into practice of under supervision team • Achieve work plan with deadline as the existing plan in the HR office • Clearly follow up preparation, maintenance, facilities, and other documents • Be the part of each team for adjustment or updating tasks and duties of its subordinates • Double-check the work of subordinates with responsibility and in consistent manners • Monitor and verify the data entry such as staff information, personal record, hand book, absentee, and staff in & out statistic in the Human Resource Management System. II. Talent Acquisition & Branding: • Respond on headcount planning and updates • Coordinate with all sections to gather information to update the recruitment plan • Research and analyze job market (salary, benefit, terms, and conditions) • Manage the recruitment process from receiving job request to permanent staff stage • Check, update, and verify job descriptions and requirements • Manage and monitor onboarding process (orientation, training, campuses visiting, task learning, company’s story, etc.) • Report the employee’s information and recruitment to the Head of Admin and HR Section and the CEO. III. Compliance and Regulations: • Promote information release, review internal rule, regulation, policy, announcement, and other related procedures of the company • Check discipline, regulation, and other guidelines • Oversee the punctuality, attendance, policy, and other rule-abiding Page 2 of 2 HR Office Updated on 31/08/2023 • Attend the management team meeting for updating adjustment, innovation or new creation of legal standard letters for official use in the company • Conduct the performance appraisal of each team members • Oversee the tasks relate to the Ministry of Labor and be in charge of the Ministry Inspection. IV. Compensation & Benefits: • Manage Performance (KPI, Performance Appraisal) • Research, compare, and update pay scale, then, request approval from the CEO • Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefit for the employees • Propose and develop the new compensation and benefits (compulsory for the employees) to the CEO • Align the organization team toward company’s culture and vision • Encourage the employee to work as a team and making communication • Organize and manage company’s activities such as annual party, staff retreat, etc. • Encourage employee to participate in the team building meeting.
