Job Description • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer, scanners, pos printer and fingerprint • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Manage Router: Firewall Security, WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN...... • Configuring Mikrotik and Unifi • Manage CCTV: Checkup, Backup, Remote Access, Configure CCTV....... • POS installation • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request • Providing technical support across the company • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Testing new technology • Possibly training more junior staff members • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with outlet staff and customers • Other tasks assigned by manager. Job Requirement • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field • Have experience with Hardware and software maintenance • Social Marketing maintenance is preferred • Knowledge of hardware and software Installation • Self-motivation and initiative • Be a flexible person and willing to learn new project.
