IT Supervisor

Title: IT Supervisor Report to Senior IT Commitment: Full time
Job Summary: IT Supervisor is responsible for is looking candidate to full fill the title as IT Supervisor whose can oversee all aspects of Access card arrangement and problems-solving, IT skill, and detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Networking • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls). • Monitor network performance and ensure connectivity across all devices. • Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs and firewalls. • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly. • Programming and Development • Write, test, and maintain code for in-house applications or tools. • Develop small-scale software solutions or scripts to automate repetitive tasks. • Collaborate with other teams to customize and enhance business applications (e.g., CRM or ERP systems). • Ensure proper documentation of coding processes and application development. • IT Support and Maintenance • Provide hands-on support for software and hardware issues. • Train staff on IT systems and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies. • Conduct routine maintenance on servers, databases, and other critical IT systems. Security and Data Management • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company data. • Manage backups and disaster recovery systems. • Monitor and mitigate system vulnerabilities or risks. • Team Supervision and Coordination • Guide junior technicians or support staff in resolving technical issues. • Coordinate with external vendors for advanced troubleshooting or system upgrades.
Educational Background • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Experience at least 3–5 years in IT roles, with hands-on experience in both networking and programming • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and switches. • Familiarity with Cisco, Mikrotik, or similar network devices is a plus. • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, PHP, JavaScript, or C#). • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Node.js) or database management (MySQL, SQL Server). • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments. • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals • Fluent in Khmer. • Basic to intermediate English for documentation and communication.
