Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Work with the team on projects to ensure that the product that we are delivering is meeting the requirements and are error free. • Follow our best practice to conduct quality assurance work using the various tools. • Follow production release methodology to ensure a successful launch of the product. • Create logs to document defects. • Evaluate product results according to specifications. • Report errors quickly and efficiently to management teams. • Help troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis. • Plan and execute improvements (manual or automated) for continuous improvement. Minimum requirements: • Experience in Quality Assurance Inspection or similar role. • Attention to detail. • Experience in project management and QA methodology. • Familiarity with high-volume, fast-moving production environments on critical deadlines. • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. • Working knowledge of Quality Assurance verification tools and process. • Excellent communication skills. • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
