We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales activities. The Sales Representative will work in several provinces. In the assigned area, they will coordinate sales distribution of our products like BSF Larvae and BSF Frass, provide technical support to selected partners/farmers/cooperatives, drive the overall sales strategy and engage in other partnership and promotional activities. + Benefits: - Competitive salary - Commissions and bonuses (annually) on performance review against preset sales targets - Social Insurance (NSSF) - Cross-cultural experience with an international team + Duties - Report directly to the CEO, and drive end-to-end recurring B2B sales for our - products (animal feed/ingredients and agri-fertilizer/ ingredients) to various players, like poultry farms, pig farms, cattle farms, fish farms, organic farms, nursery owners, etc. - Develop product proposals, programs, make quotations - Present the company before clients, partners and at various workshops - Generate leads and build relationships with prospects and customers via cold outreaches, traveling to provinces, attending events, etc. - ‭Build strong customer relationships and ensure they are satisfied long-lasting customers - Satisfy the requirements of prospects and customers - Assist the CEO/Sales Supervisor/Manager in reporting, planning budget and following a clear mandate of generating business growth and achieving targets in the local Cambodian market. - Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing/products/market trends. - Develop new avenues of business and cross-selling/upselling opportunities with existing and new business partners. - Identify new markets, business models and revenue streams, and develop new strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities. - Drive productivity to maximize resource utilization, and plan, lead, manage and monitor resources on a daily basis. - Ensure that all activities and operations are performed per proper protocols and guidelines and in compliance with local, state, and national regulations and laws governing business operations. - Perform any other duties assigned by CEO/Sales Supervisor/Manager, including execution of new business projects as and when required. + Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related field At least 2-3 of work experience in sales and marketing, especially in agriculture or animal feed industries - Ambitious, hard-working, passionate, driven, honest, punctual, open to ideas, results-oriented, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, ownership, multi-tasking and teamwork - Ability to communicate at all levels, particularly with clients, and with ‬‭a ‬‭high ‬‭degree ‬‭of ‬‭sensitivity ‬‭for ‬‭confidentiality - Fluency in Khmer, proficiency in professional English writing and communication.
