1. Scope of work: Sale Executive is working on sale about company’s project and seeking for new sale opportunities and seeking for new clients and solve any problems what currently happen and follow the strategic and planning from Sales Manager or Supervisor to reach the company’s targets. 2. Main duties & Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and drive our ethos of “sales through service”; • Preparing the Sales and Purchase Agreement to news clients by following the final discussion • Coordinate the sales process, including document collection, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) arrangement and signing; • Maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients • Keep Management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans etc.; • Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, new projects, delivery schedules etc.; • Promote sale to other social media or channel which potential • Assist in resolving customer complaints; • Undertake tasks as assigned by Management. • Maintain all sales documents and templates, including price list, payment plans and other sales related documents; • Other tasks assign by manager. 3. Qualification & Requirements: • A degree in Sale or Marketing or another relevant field • At least 1 years of working experience preferably in real estate sector or freshman with strong commitment • Can use Ms. Office, world, excel, power point • Be willing to take new challenges and learn new things • Energy Level, Honest and motivation • Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Be a problem solver and flexible • Strong with client relationships. • Good at Negotiation skill • Be able to meet the Sales Target • Creativity, Sales Planning 4. Working Days and Hours: – Monday to Sunday: 8:00am to 12:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm – Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:00pm – 1day off per week 5. Workplace Sales Executive is based at Sale office at Borey, Takhmao 6.
