🎯 Position Summary We’re looking for a Cambodia-based Digital Marketing Head who can launch our brand online, manage livestream campaigns, and lead digital growth with a modern and localized strategy.
📌 Key Responsibilities • Lead the digital marketing strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. • Plan and execute Chinese-style livestreams with urgency-based selling tactics. • Manage digital ad campaigns and optimize performance through data and testing. • Build and manage a team including content creators, editors, and community managers. • Oversee influencer collaborations, from briefing to tracking ROI. • Create funnels from awareness to purchase, including pre-order and retargeting strategies. • Work closely with product, design, and logistics teams for launch coordination. • Continuously analyze trends, competitors, and platform algorithms to stay ahead.
✅ Requirements • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms. • Hands-on experience with livestream selling, preferably using multi-phone or multi-angle setups. • Deep knowledge of Cambodian market behavior, language, and digital trends. • Strong grasp of paid ads, engagement funnels, and eCommerce metrics. • Experience working with creators, KOLs, and influencer campaigns. • Fluent in Khmer (English and Thai are a plus). • Creative, analytical, and highly collaborative.
