Account Payable Officer

I. Responsibilities and Main Duties: • Performing verification of invoices with purchase order and other supporting documents • Checking and closing for month end Accruals/payments • Producing AP monthly report (Excel and QB) to Chief Accountant before first week of each month • Producing monthly expense report and AP for tax declaration before first week of each month • Preparing and verifying payment voucher for CA checking and Director to approval • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders invoices, statements • Posting transaction to accounting system for CA to approval • Ensuring timely and accurate invoice settlement and no duplicated payment made to suppliers • Maintaining historical records • Preparing daily and monthly rental truck and driver expenses • Preparing reconcile cash book and bank accounting system • Coordinating and solving for all operational issue with both internal and external business units • Preparing monthly reports to management related to whole month expenditure and next expense forecasting • Preparing fixed asset and inventory registered • Paying to vendors and internal team by scheduling and generally responding to all vendors enquiries regarding finance • Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant and management team II. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or related fields. • At least 1 years’ experience in accounting department. • Be able to communicate in English and Khmer • Good attitude, hard-working, honesty, and strong commitment • Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel…) and QuickBooks Accounting System • Be flexible and problem-solving skill. • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability • Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure.
