JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Issue VAT invoices, make SOA to credit customer timely;
2. Record invoices to the internal system and write off once payment is received;
3. Be responsible for following up payment from customer; prepare monthly aging report and bad debt to management;
4. Check and reconcile with bank accounts timely;
5. Organize the Bank slip/ Invoice by bank transaction date;
6. Check and verify the internal SOA with other agents;
7. Any other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated at accounting/finance major;
- At least 1 year in Logistics/Forwarding/Marine/Import-Export field.
- Good at English or Chinese;
- Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit, agile, hard-working, honest and responsible in work.
