ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (1 Position) Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday) Location: Borey Peng Huoth The Star Emerald 1, #14, Street E03, Kohandeth Village, Sangkat Toul Sangkea 2, Khan Ressey Keo, Phnom Penh This position is to provide financial support, taxation handling, financial procedure control, procurement financial monitoring, and ensuring smooth & effective operation of a local NGO.
DUTIES • High-level financial reporting • Regular budget consolidation • Cash flow management • Improving efficiencies and cost reduction • Preparing company tax • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations • Developing financial reviews • Coordinating with external financial consultant and tax agency, as required • Payroll processing • Preparing financial reports and analysis findings for management or oversea executive teams • Supervising and training junior staff
REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years of experience on financial management and budget control • Bachelor Degree in accounting management, financial banking management or any relevant degrees • Proven financial monitoring skills • Strong computer literacy including MS Office and accounting software • Competent in verbal and written English • Good communication and management skills • Well-developed leadership skills • Detailed oriented individual with good analytical/problem solving skills • Exceptional time management and scheduling skills For all interested candidates, please send your CV and cover letter to Mr. Tsang via email (kal*********@bcc-kh.orgClick To Sent Email).
