Job Responsibilities Working with Clean Globe Cambodia as a Business Development Specialist, you will be essential to extending our reach and spurring growth. You'll locate, assess, and seize new business prospects in B2B industries. Among your duties will be carrying out market research, forming strategic alliances, and crafting strong business proposals. A highly driven individual with excellent analytical abilities and a love of innovation will be the chosen applicant. • Carry out comprehensive research to find and assess possible collaborations and business prospects. Create thorough business models that help us achieve our growth goals. • Work well together with both internal and external stakeholders to make sure new business initiatives are developed and launched successfully. Exhibit a good sense of teamwork and project management abilities. • Identify and resolve issues in a proactive manner to guarantee that project milestones are completed on schedule. As needed, escalate problems and promote their resolution to keep the project moving forward. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline. • At least one to two years of relevant job experience in business development, sales, and marketing. • The candidate should possess the following qualities: self-motivation, critical thinking, strong teamwork, task and goal orientation, flexibility, and a keen attention to detail. • The candidate should have strong business knowledge of software and telecommunications, as well as strong communication and people engagement skills to explore potential business opportunities with partners. • Finally, fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese is a plus.
