Roles and responsibilities: • Implement sales strategic plan • Refresh and re-active the existing network and connection to introduce TrueHome trading’s services • Networking and building connection to approach and connect TrueHome to the projects/potential clients • Partnership with potential freelancers to expand sales channel/ opportunity • Find leads, follow up and close deal with clients • Products presentation and negotiation • Project coordination • Market research and strategy • Reporting and documentation • Present TrueHome Trading services to freelancers • Assist Sales Project Manager to create Sales Strategic Plan and give comment practical market insight to Manager to adjust and improve Sales Strategic Plan • Commit to achieve sales individual and team’s KPI Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Sales or other related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in painting industry and at least 1 year in sales role • Fluent for verbal and written communication (Good at English is advantage for candidate) • Great problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills • Deep understanding of product knowledge and good at teamwork • Open-mind and listen the constructive feedback • Flexible to multiple tasks assigned by Manager Benefit: • 18 annual leave days • 5 sick leave days • 7 special leave days • Public holiday • 90 days for maternity leave with 100% wage • NSSF • Compensation leave for OT • 3% commission/referral for bringing lead and close deal Office Hour: • Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM • Saturday half day from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Contact Us: • van*******@peakdigital.comClick To Sent Email.kh • Telegram: 0765555xxxClick To Call • Contact: 0967654xxxClick To Call
