Job Description • Manage all cafe day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest quality • Coordinate daily Front of the House, and Back of the House café/restaurant operations • Organize and supervise service and kitchen staff’s shifts • Nurture a positive working environment, appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity • Train employees on existing and new products preparation and menu • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory • Check on daily purchasing orders and requests, and manage stocks • Manage restaurant operational costs to control costs and minimize waste • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it • Regularly review product and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings quality to maintain customer satisfaction • Building relationships with customer, collect their feedbacks and efficiently respond to customer complaints • Oversees all cash management, and POS system. • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses and related HR documents Requirements • Proven restaurant preferably cafe management experience • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team • Ability to spot, resolve problems efficiently, and work under pressure • Availability to work long and flexible working hours (including weekends and holidays) • Minimum high school diploma or a Bachelor Degree’s is a plus • Above Intermediate of English language Proficiency • Knowledge of cash management system, and computer programs Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point 📧 Send Your CV To: hrm******@colorcupgroup.comClick To Sent Email 📱 Contact Us on Telegram: 067988xxxClick To Call
