Job Description
This position is to provide key support and leadership for the marketing department's operations and strategies. They are responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the company's communication, CSR, and PR initiatives. This involves managing the communication and PR team, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The Deputy Head also oversees CSR programs, manages social media and online reputation, collaborates with other departments, monitors effectiveness, manages budgets, and reports to the Head of Marketing and senior leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Marketing Department in providing leadership and management for the marketing department's operations and strategies. Develop a long-term marketing strategy and strategic action plan for the marketing department. Develop and manage marketing policies, guidelines, procedures, tools, and campaigns on service, brand, relationship, and others to ensure they are applicable to all HATTHA BANK products and business. Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing promotion, campaigns and advertising through mass media, print ads, and telemarketing. Develop and oversee the implementation of digital marketing, the company's communication, CSR, and PR strategies and plans. Oversee the planning and execution of all CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's values and business objectives. Manage the company's corporate social media channels, content strategy, and online reputation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent and impactful communication of the company's messages, products, and services. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication, CSR, and PR activities, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage the communication, CSR, and PR budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Marketing Department and senior leadership on the department's activities and performance.
Skills Specifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Finance and Banking, Economics, or other related field, master degree is preferable. At least 5-year working experiences in market/business analysis, preferable in financial institution. Good knowledge of project planning, project management and project implementation. Effective networking and ability to communicate at all levels. Good interpersonal, managerial and leadership abilities. Strong planning and organizational skills especially excellent analytical skill. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities in English.
