Finance And Accounting Manager

**✳️Responsibility - Overseeing all fiscal reporting activities, including revenue/expense balance sheets and budget planning and monitoring processes. - Manage and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed. - Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement. - Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. - Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations. - Review tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. - Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships, including the review and approval of payments. - Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary changes. - Provide financial analysis and support to management, assisting in decision-making and strategic planning. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Coordinate with the auditors to administer the regular auditing process for the board. - Other tasks as assigned by line manager from time to time.
**✳️ Requirements - A degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, preferably with a professional accountancy qualification. - At least 5 years of experience in finance management role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work with timelines, routines and an intercultural and diverse working environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team with leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, coaching and counseling skills. - Demonstrated positive attitude and problem solving skill
