JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinating with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Engineering) to address issues and ensure smooth operations. • Maintains close coordination with other departments and staff. • Checks all keys card, elevator card and all forms daily. • Monitoring room statuses and updating them regularly. • Preparing and distributing room assignments to housekeeping staff. • Follows up with maintenance of any room defects. • Records lost and found articles. • All on-loan items are to be recorded for items borrowed from housekeeping. • Prepares reports of monthly amenities. • Make the relevant room status changes on the software as per the instructions given by floor supervisors. • Record the missing/broken item register. • Handle the lost and found procedures and all inquiries. • Daily and monthly record of KPI for housekeeping staff. • Ensures that all HK team gets all new client information. • Monitors supplies and orders when needed. • Assumes any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Work experience as a Senior Housekeeping Attendant or similar role • Proficiency in computer programs like MS Word, and Excel • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products • Excellent organizational and team management skills • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job • Flexibility to work.
