We are now looking for a dynamic Finance/Accounting Support Intern (2pax) with the following responsibilities: • Job Description: Answering customer inquiries as they come through email, chat, or phone. Responsible for maintaining client support tickets in the TFS system and liaising with the Support & Helpdesk manager to close the tickets. Reviewing social media and either answering inquiries or routing them to the appropriate internal teams. Ensure that project documentations are done and updated regularly. Report directly to Support & Helpdesk manager. • Job Requirements: University Degree in Accounting/Finance/MIS or any related field. Good English both spoken and written. Strong computer skills and passion for learning new software. Must have a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
