Benefit Offer: • Salary 1000$-1300$ (Negotiate by experience) • Meal Allowance • Seniority Pay • Annual Bonus • Insurance/NSSF • Pension • Public Holiday/Annual Leave Position Requirement: • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in finance, accounting, business, or related field. • Chinese and English are good in writing and speaking. • Strong analytical and problems solving skills. • Computer software skills as: Yongyou, K3, Quickbook, Microsoft… • At least holding 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment. Role: Reporting to the Manager Finance Department. The senior accountant is to assist Company in fulfilling their mission of working for the company mission. Senior accountant often specialize in particular areas of practice, including audit, management consultancy, recovery, forensic accountancy, taxation, assurance, and corporate finance. Major Responsibilities of job • Manage accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness. • Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements. • Prepare Monthly financial report. • Review bank reconciliation and cash count monthly. • Check and approve in the U8 system after the account key in the system. • Timely update the contract details tables. • Prepare monthly and annual tax declaration by E-filling to GDT. • Monthly check the balance with the related party. • Assist in independent audit work and tax audit work. • Other tasks assigned by manager.
