Identify and source suppliers of goods and services Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, timeline, credit term, etc. Liaise with suppliers and project managers/ site engineers regarding specification and details of goods Create purchase orders and tally these with purchase requests and orders Analyze invoices and delivery notes to ensure accuracy of goods delivered compared to purchase order Update procurement checklist and follow up supplier for incomplete delivery Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements Prepare monthly statement report and also monthly report Other task assigned by head of department
