Responsibilities: • Payroll budget allocation. • Prepare monthly tax payments using E-Filling System, by the monthly deadlines • Prepare bank and cash reconciliation monthly • Reconcile and send accounts receivables and accounts payables with each relevant Friends Alliance program • Support the scanning of documents as needed for programs, auditors, donors, etc. • Maintain, regular and updated posting of transactions to the GFATM QuickBooks, to ensure MS is able to financially report monthly by the donor deadline • Prepare monthly NPF/NSSF and prepare payments by the deadline. • Where required, collect timesheets from relevant staff • Reconcile Accounts Payable against each supplier invoice and /or statements (e.g. Total Energies, gasoline, food, etc.), and Accounts Receivables against each staff and customer • Supervise and guide Cashier to ensure all bank transactions on bank statements are supported by vouchers and recorded • Support Finance Coordinator with all audit works. • Implement all tasks in accordance with the Finance & Admin Policy & Procedures • Provide support to Finance Officer, and further tasks assigned by Finance Coordinator, as agreed Requirements: • You’re experienced in NGO accounting, finance systems, and QuickBooks • You’re well-informed and experienced in tax e-filing, NSSF • You are a native Khmer speaker, and good in English Deadline on 16 October 2024.
