Accounting of all financial transactions and assure appropriate arrangement/procedure or develop guideline /policy related to financial transaction by following standard. • Review of all vouchers; and assure that transactions are correct and vouchers are supported with necessary back-up documentation • Maintain all accounting records by ensuring accurate and on time data entry from accountant such as daily sale data and data payment vouchers….. in accounting system • Oversee and make sure that all credit invoices from company’s suppliers are accurately paid by each deadline. • Regularly working with Admin or Stock Controller to make sure that dental inventory, stock and fixed assets are reconciled and properly registered. • Supervise team to submit daily income and expense accurately. • Prepare monthly financial report (closing account monthly and annually include AR, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement with accurately and timely) and submit to General Manager or CEO for approval. • Calculate monthly and annual withholding taxes, salary tax, VAT, profit… and declare to taxation department accurately and timely. • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting or equivalent • At least 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance. • Must be proficient in accounting software (ACTOS or QuickBooks) and computer skills with advance Excel and Word, spreadsheets, the internet and email. • Knowledge about taxation of Cambodia and be able to prepare document avoiding tax penalty. • Must demonstrate sound reasoning and logic abilities and demonstrate high responsibility. • Good command of English. • Friendly, dedication, flexibility and honestly. • Able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
