Administrative assistant intern

Job Description: •No experience needed •Preferred male only •Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies. •Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required. •Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office operations. •Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution. •Manage office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are properly organized and accessible. •Perform other duties as assigned to support the team. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). •Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. •English language (required conversational level) •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
