** Responsibility:
• Welcome walk in customers during sales out office
• Answer customer call in
• Issue and summit quotation to customers by email
• Reply email to customer back
• Sending email out for products advertising every Mondays
• Preparing customer confirmation order CCO and delivery order
• Support the data of sales weekly sales report and monthly KPI report for product manager and Head of Sales and Marketing
• Record customer provide by sales
• Update outstanding AR (Account Receivable) to all sales
• Update pending contract to all sales
• Follow up processing customer loan request to cooperated finance partners
• Check product in stock
• Provide sales with product catalogue ,maintain the catalogue availability including contact the principles to provide the catalogue
• Record the Minutes of Meeting and send to the meeting attendance
• Assist jobs sales / product manager/ head of department
• Cooperate with logistic, procurement, account, service and HR Department
**Requirements:
• Good command of English both speaking, writing and listening (other language is a plus)
• Computer literacy in Ms. Office (other programs are advantages)
• Good communication with flexibility
• Hard working and able to work under pressure with strong commitment
• Honesty, time management and team work.
