• Meets with Prospective Tenants to Show Properties, Conduct Interviews, Receive Rental Applications and Explain Terms of Occupancy. • Processes Agreement and Conducts Credit Checks. • Collects Monthly fees and Maintains Records of Payments and Rental Activity. Prepares Budgets and Statement Reports • Ensure process flow smooth for New Short Stay Service Apartment Project • Work with OTA Service Providers • Handling of Client Booking and Work with Service Providers • Sourcing of Furniture Packages • Design Marketing Strategies • Work closely with in-House Lawyer on Forms and Agreement • Work Closely with Finance Team • Other tasks assigned by managers Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, Hotel, or a related field. Proven Experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Similar Role. Strong Understanding of Property Management Laws and Regulations. Proficient in MS Office and Property Management Software Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus)
