Qiushi Capital, is an fund management company under liberty group. We are a new established in market and now we are looking for the experienced candidate in Loan Deposit Relationship Management, Investment Relation, Financial Consultant, Sale Consultant to join our team as an Investment Partnership Senior Consultant, which in known as a Relationship Manager position.

MAJOR DUTIES:
• Build/Act as the main point and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investment partners.
• Identify, evaluate and develop engagement strategies to improve partner satisfaction and increase investment commitments.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective investors and target industries.
• Develop presentations and proposals tailored to potential investors, highlighting the company’s value proposition.
• Lead the due diligence process for new investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to assess risk factors and contract terms to ensure for smooth operation
• Ensure that all partnership agreements are thoroughly reviewed, negotiated, and documented.
• Collaborate with the finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
• Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, pipeline development, and investment metrics
• Plan and participate in investor meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Represent the company professionally in all external engagements, building credibility and promoting the company’s reputation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
- 1+ years of experience in relationship management, investment management, partnerships, or investor relations, preferably within the finance or fund management industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and due diligence.
- Experience in managing complex negotiations and partnership agreements.
