Hiring Position: Leasing Executive Responsibilities: • Prepares and maintains all necessary documents for contracts, amendments, lease summaries and other document related to leasing; • Meets and negotiates with potential retailers or tenants to secure the deals and submit offers; • Meets the tenants to hear their issues & ideas and arranges a solution to their problems; • Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established; • Acquisition of new tenants Building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants and lease agents; • Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall; • Collaborate with other Departments for the improvement of tenant’s performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions; • Perform other job that assigned by Line Manager.
