Key Responsibilities Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities. Set and track sales targets for the team. Sales Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance. Provide coaching and feedback to help team members improve their sales skills. Recognize and reward top performers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports and metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
