Due to the continuous growth of the business with creating one more new standard showroom, we are now seeking for the qualified, dynamic and experienced candidates to fill the below position: JOB TITLE: Sales Supervisor LEVEL: K3 NUMBER OF HIRING: 1 JOB CATEGORY: Full Time SALARY RANGE: Negotiable JOB LOCATION: Battambang ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: - Competitive salary, - Annual Salary Increase - Annual bonus, - Meal Allowance, - Attendance bonus, - Accommodation & Transportation allowance, - Seniority Indemnity - Health Care Allowance, - Insurance Coverage - Sales Incentive, - All benefits following to the Labor Law JOB DESCRIPTION: • Present and sell company’s vehicles to customers, • Identify the prospected customers and make appointment with customers in order to introduce the products to them, • Follow up the new prospected and target customers being possible to close sales with them as quickly as possible, • Study the reason of failure in closing sales with customers and further analyze it in order to find out proper solutions in next time, • Maintain the current and potential customers relationships in order to create possibility in selling products to them in the future, • Identify and resolve customers’ concerns, • Provide training or coaching on sale, technique, extensive product, selling skill and sale operation to subordinates, • Prepare a variety of status reports including market activity, closings and following up, • Manage showroom facility, decoration, product displays, and other promotion materials, • Work on general admin task to support branch operation, and • Working with other departments at HQ to ensure a smooth operation. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - At least Bachelor Degree of Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields, - At least 3 years working experience in Sales or other related fields, - Good computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, E-mail, Internet...), - Good command of English in speaking, writing and listening. Knowledge in Chinese is an advantage, - Good interpersonal and communication skills, - Ability to priorities effectively and work tight deadline, - Must have driving license.
