Currently, we are looking for Maintenance Staff (Day Shift), 01 positions. Location: Central Mansions Serviced Apartments, Phnom Penh Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Working Schedule: 6days per week (roster) Responsibilities: • Construct and repair structural woodwork and equipment. • Perform general repair, painting, ceiling cabinets, benches, partition, floors, doors, building framework, and trim; uses carpenter’s hand tools and power tool. • Assists building operation utility consumption and repair MEP-E equipment issue (Electric- Air-con plumbing….) • Perform preventive maintenance building facility and Swimming Pools. • Oversee & follow up with outsource. • Perform check throughout the facility to ensure a safe and clean environment for the patrons of the facility and to eliminate all hazards. • Work as team and can supports others shift. • Perform related duties are required.
