Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and master planning. Proven track record of managing large-scale urban development and infrastructure projects. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards. Innovative design thinking and ability to develop creative solutions. Strong analytical skills to evaluate design feasibility and project impacts. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
