Role Description: This is a full-time, hybrid role as an Manager, Sales & Event Planning at HOSM Group. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for events and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide recommendations, and coordinate all aspects of the event. This role is located in Phnom Penh, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications: - Prior experience in event sales or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of the event industry and market trends - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Ability to travel as required.
