Duties & Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, manage, control, implement and evaluate sales activities to ensure achievement of secondary sales target volumes. • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, and networking. • Oversee group sales, manage prospect process and reporting to assist with accountability of sales efforts throughout the organization. • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets. • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Work with Production Manager to ensure the production meeting requirements. • Field travel will be required to host regional activities throughout Micro-Factory and sales locations. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. • Preferably 5 years of experience in a Beverage industry and at least 3 years of experience as a managerial role. • Proven in coordinating sales strategies with financial, public relations, and production departments. • Proven track record of success in generating leads and achieving sales goals. • Detail oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work flexible schedules and being able to travel. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
