Job Summary:
An experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution in the dynamic Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, campaign development, digital marketing, consumer engagement, market research, and on-ground activations. You will collaborate across departments and lead a marketing team to drive growth and brand visibility in a highly competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Planning
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans in line with business goals.
• Create 360° marketing campaigns that include digital, traditional, and on-ground elements.
• Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
2. Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement
• Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, sampling campaigns, and promotional booths at retail, malls, schools, and public venues.
• Coordinate with operations and sales to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Identify partnership opportunities for co-branding or joint events.
3. Creative Direction
• Lead the development of creative assets including packaging, point-of-sale materials, booths, promotional merchandise, and signage.
• Supervise production of videos, motion graphics, and social content.
• Collaborate with design and content teams/agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer campaigns, and paid media.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and plan monthly content calendars.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to track digital KPIs and ROI.
5. Market Research & Consumer Insights
• Conduct and analyze market research, trend reports, and consumer behavior studies.
• Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to refine product positioning and marketing efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
6. Competitor & Industry Analysis
• Monitor competitor marketing activities, pricing, packaging, and new launches.
• Conduct SWOT analysis and use insights to strengthen brand positioning.
7. Budget Management
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Track and report ROI on marketing spends, promotions, and campaigns.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Operations, and External Agencies.
• Present marketing plans and performance updates to the leadership team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the F&B or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in ground activations, digital campaigns, and brand management.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, etc.).
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Graphic design or video production knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with local F&B regulations and consumer behavior trends.
• Experience in launching new products to market.
