Job Responsibilities 1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other related field. 2. Proven track record with 3 years’ experience in Building Construction Field. 3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and construction drawings. 5. Draw, Review and check MEP construction drawing, Shop Drawing, and as-built drawing for Villa /flat houses/building. 6. Develop MEP drawing and detailed design specifications. 7. Produce MEP design drawing using AutoCAD or other similar software. 8. Create drawing specifications for MEP as complied with international code practice. 9. Review MEP design drawings done by colleagues. 10. Study and do BOQ list 11. Assist in reviewing construction method statement done by contractor if necessary. 12. Assist in site problem solving and conduct site inspection as required by Project Manager. 13. Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor/manager.
