• Responsible on the block production Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Prepare a monthly report of block quality, grading, including lab test and others item related to QA/QC
• Report directly to Management
• Understand costs analysis for construction, repair and maintenance project
• Perform compute variation order claims
• Provide advices on contractual claims
• Prepare progress claim payment for subcontractor work
• Manage costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structure
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Perform risk and value management and cost control
