Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage property maintenance activities across all branches and office premises of Oriental Bank. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with safety and environmental standards. - Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repair, and renovation work, ensuring timely completion of tasks. - Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies and ensure their timely replenishment. - Monitor and manage budgets for maintenance projects and report on cost efficiency. - Prepare detailed maintenance reports, logs, and recommendations for improvements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in any related field. - At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field. - Experience in banking or corporate environments is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and Property Management Software. - Proficient in both English and Khmer is required.
