Job Responsible: - Adheres to departmental policy, objectives, and procedures; - Responsible for overall administrative tasks in the department. - Oversees development and implementation of department policies and activities. - Organizes, monitors, and coordinates administrative activities; keeps records, and reports. - Serves as a liaison between customers, managers, and staff. - Evaluates personnel, records staffs’ attendance, and provides monthly report to HR. - Check list room / clean G Floor and 1 Floor - Customer service - Check Consent form of OPD & IPD units - Controls and manager room check-list - Daily Stock in and stock out - Purchaser assistants - Manages and controls office inventory. - Survey Customer service Performance - Submits activities and reports to HR. and Admin Office - Other tasks assigned by management Job Requirements • Fresh graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management • 1+ years of HR experience in a supervisory or managerial position • Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work
