1. Source vendors, review alternative materials, and find quotation 2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers 3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing 4. Plan logistics arrangements from overseas 5. Prepare clearance with Custom Officer and local authority 6. Coordinate with vendors to solve material quality issues and monitor vendors’ corrective action implementation. 7. Review procurement documents (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Expense Report, etc.). 8. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices 9. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage 10. Manage and oversee team performance 11. Other tasks assigned by superiors
