- Control Stock In/out at warehouse - Prepare stock received from supplier (Excel) and pass to Stock Supervisor - Check the purchased products/goods to ensure its come with good condition - Ensure the purchased order and physical received from supplier are accurate and in good condition - Ensure the request order and physical received by stock controller or deliver items to each cinema are matched - Follow up with cinema after received stock both DO and in system - Arrange schedule of delivery and opening stock from warehouse to cinemas (inventory and supplies) - Weekly check/tracking product expiring date and alert to stock supervisor accordingly - Monthly stock count at warehouse (every end of the month) - Regularly standby at warehouse - Ensure warehouse are in good arrangement and cleanliness - Prepare DN (Delivery Note) to ensure the quantity order from cinema and warehouse are smoothly - Prepare warehouse monthly report (inventory and cleaning supplies)
