Job duties:
Daily check, monitor production and report to superior.
Cross check label for production.
Daily check semi-finished goods inventory & arrange planning to replenish safety stock quantity and report to superior.
Daily review production pickup semi-finished goods from warehouse which ensuring not over the standard and report to superior.
Daily record & approve production raw material deduct from the system.
Check orders (Customer, Product code, Color, Quantity, formulaβ¦) and make sure all is corrected and submit to superior final approval.
Follow up urgent order, support production & ensuring achieve daily plan.
Check daily production tool / equipment & consumable; report to superior.
Check daily production reports and report to superior.
Record customer complaint & take action for improving immediately.
Check weekly & monthly production tool / equipment & consumable. and submit to superior for the final approval.
Check weekly & monthly warehouse old material consumable and submit to superior for the final approval.
Check weekly & monthly production reports and submit to superior for the final approval.
Support production team leaders & team members to solve problems.
Check existing standard per month & improve the new standard for production.
Check & follow up all staff at production and ensuring can reach the target of our production MBO.
Support/ provide the team spirit to other departments, and maximize the efficiency.
Compliance & control ISO standard.
Assist Production superior to complete all the assigned tasks.
