Responsibilities 1. Lead sales teams to consistently achieve sales targets in their respective areas. 2. Develop and implement sales plans, set sales targets, devise route-to-market plans, and closely monitor sales performance. 3. Prepare market strategies to drive sales volume and consistently meet monthly targets. 4. Develop strategies to ensure that the product is available in all distribution channels. 5. Track and analyze field performance of sales teams in the market. 6. Maintain existing customers and recruit new customers to expand the market. 7. Provide coaching and training to sales teams to maximize their effectiveness. 8. Develop and implement branding activities to increase brand awareness, brand visibility, and sales volume. Requirement: - Experience in sales from FMCG - Experience as Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager - Experience in all sales channels (GT, MT, HoReCa)
