Job Description - Conduct marketing research, sales calls, presentations and product demonstrations to corporate customers in Cambodia market. - Support to follow up and take good care of Existing Customers thoroughly. - Commit to seek for new Prospecting Customers, preferably beverage, tobacco, rice millers, etc. at assigned locations from manager thoroughly. - Assist Junior Sales to prepare planning and reports and submit to manager. - Administrative duties, including Weekly Planning & Submission of Reports to manager. - Summarize reports in case of default in a self-team to manager - Actively develop right channel cooperation by exploring new sales opportunities with new partners. - Co-join and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing process for the sales team. - Review Maintaining Schedule for all existing customers in team, and cross check with relevant department in order to avoid mis-scheduling. - Build up and continue good relationship with Prospect and Existing Construction Companies regularly. - Take good care of customer service and follow up job during service processing on the site after the confirmation of quotation. - Organize and manage, and well prepare presentation for monthly training calendar. - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, public event, conferences, meeting, etc.
Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree Sales and Marketing, Business Management or in any related fields. - 3 - 4 years of Experience in the pest control or related industry is a plus - Training: ability to train and coach the sales team on sales techniques and product knowledge - Worked or have background in Construction or Pest Management is a plus. - Must able to communicate good both written and verbal in Khmer and English. (Chinese or French is preferred). - Ability to develop and build relationships with different type of customers and work under pressure. - Self-starter, mature, independent, result driven with high level of uncompromising integrity. - Experience in promoting services and solutions. - Excellent presentation and communication skill. - Willing to learn, improve knowledge and continue learning. - Ability to build good inter-personal relationships, work well in a team, and problem -solving skill.
