1.Plan to find new customers and strengthen the team to increase the search for new customers and old customers to meet all goals for the wholesale sector. 2. Serve as a point of contact between customers, supervisors and wholesalers. 3. Review and plan weekly sales for daily communication. 4. Check the list of active & Non Active customers and make daily and monthly plans to visit old and new customers at potential locations effectively. 5. Check and adjust the price of range dealer in terms of customers requesting discount with Whole sale supervisor. 6. Facilitate in providing good after-sales service to customers. 7. Communicate and organize with team members to increase company promotion. 8. Monitor and strengthen the team on answering questions to customers in a timely manner. 9. Prepare sales plans and seasonal promotions for management. 10. Learn about competitors and market trends and submit reports. 11. Provide information on the sales situation to develop an effective sales strategy. 12. Increase customer confidence helps institutions gain better recognition. 13. Provide new customers with the right information. 14. Continue to promote the company's products to increase sales of the company's products. 15. Follow the promotion and meeting after the promotion. 16. Give confidence to customers by providing advice to help solve problems in accordance with company policies. 17. Inquire about customer feedback on the sales team and provide solutions in a way that is feasible. 18. Supervise the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports from the team. 19. Organize training on products, sales strategies and job development to the team. 20. Other tasks assigned by Direct Line Manager
