Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Networking:
o Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality and travel sectors.
o Identify and convert leads to long-term clients.
2. Insurance Solutions Development:
o Analyze client needs and offer tailored insurance products, such as property, liability, and travel insurance.
o Present solutions effectively to both individuals and corporate clients.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute sales plans targeting the hospitality and travel industries.
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Market Research & Trends:
o Stay updated on hospitality and travel industry trends to anticipate client needs.
o Monitor competitors’ offerings and identify areas of opportunity.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
o Maintain excellent relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support.
o Ensure smooth onboarding and provide after-sales service.
6. Reporting & Feedback:
o Prepare regular salePage 1 of 2s activity reports and provide insights to management.
o Recommend improvements to products and processes based on customer feedback.
Key Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the travel, hospitality, or insurance sectors.
• Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of travel-related risks and insurance solutions.
• Language: Fluency in Khmer and English; additional language like Chinese a plus.
